Cooperativa de Habitação dos Olhos de Água (the CHOA, or the Olhos de Agua Building Cooperative), and with full
authorisation from the Câmara de Palmela (Palmela Municipal Council). All the minutes from the CHOA meetings are
on record and

Once urbanization of this land is complete, the Câmara will present the land owners with 9 different construction projects, each one designed by a
professional architect, and completely free. These projects can then be simply taken to a building company for price quotes.
Depending on the construction project chosen, the cost of building your dream
