How does it work? GPS Self Guided Tours or Free Circuit

You can go anywhere you wish in central Lisbon or the Belem district using the GPS without audio, or do one of our GPS Self Guided Tours. You can choose whichever option suits you best just before the tour starts.

GPS Self Guided Tours – Storyteller Buggy

The Buggy Self Guided Tours include a Talking GPS Audio Guide that shows you the way and also describes points of interest, including places you would not typically see on tourist circuits.

The vehicles are silent which means that you will be able to truly enjoy the tranquillity of Lisbon historical quarters and listen to the audio very well, even at the lowest volume level.

The tours are self guided but we can also arrange a driver, at an extra charge if requested in advance. Whether you wish to spend a unique family day or a romantic tour for two, the circuits are exciting and fun, and a unique way to experience Lisbon.

Additional information

Participant Guidelines:
- All drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Driver’s license.
- Renters are free to extend the length of their tour on the day of rental. Additional time will be charged at standard rates.
- A Security deposit is required, option of credit card pre-authorization of €250 (until the buggy is returned) or option of payment of €10 per buggy for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance on the day of rental. All drivers must sign a standard participant agreement.

Weather:
All buggies have an optional appliance, which closes the side openings in case of rain.

Duration:
The minimum rental period is 1 hour, after we charge every fifteen minutes but it can take as long as you wish.

Renters are free to extend the length of their tour on the day of rental. Additional time will be charged at standard rates. You can choose your tour option just before the tour starts.

Please note that our buggies are electric and have a limited autonomy. If you wish to do more than half day, you might have to switch cars along the way (depending on the number of stops along the way. For example: if you rent a 4 seats buggy for a full day and stop along the way to visit a museum and for lunch the battery is more than enough).
